Operations Management and Consultant

Pre-Marketing
Pre-marketing process commences with a comprehensive due diligence exercise undertaken by S-Cube.  This is intended to fully endorse the investment strategy; analyze the competitive positioning; assess the strengths and weaknesses of the team and to identify the issues that would be of concern to investors.  In tandem with this exercise, S-Cube will interact with selected investors to obtain initial feedback on an investment proposition.

Documentation
When raising funds, during the due diligence and pre-marketing process, S-Cube assists in the preparation of the private placement memorandum, the road show presentation, due diligence books, and all other related marketing materials.  The objective is to articulate the investment proposition in such a way that positively differentiates itself from its competitors both in its own marketplace and in the funding market, resulting in marketing materials that are institutionally robust.  S-Cube will also help the client on its presentation technique, an important aspect of marketing.

Marketing
To make fund raising as cost effective and efficient as possible, S-Cube compiles a list of suitable potential investors and qualifies them by likelihood of investing.  Having put together a suitable timetable for approaching them, S-Cube then arranges meetings, where appropriate, and provides clients with concise profiles on such investors prior to the initial presentation.  After the meeting, S-Cube will follow up the introduction by seeking accurate feedback, resolving issues as they arise, maintaining the profile of the client at the investor level and facilitating additional communication between the client and the investor, thus guiding both parties during the due diligence and approval processes.
 
Closing and Investor Relations
S-Cube can assist in the negotiations of the constitutional documents, advise on issues related to allocation, and help co-ordinate the closing process.  Thereafter, S-Cube is able to assist in investor relations during the lifetime of the investment.
