Gideon Shalom Bendor, MBA.
Gideon has over 20 years of experience in management and R&D, in particular in high-tech and bio-tech companies. Prior to co-founding S–Cube, Gideon was a partner at DB Investment House where he initiated and led the professional service group (providing variety of unique Stocks Options and Bonds valuation and analysis, for public and private companies).
His extensive career consists of co-founding and serving as a CEO of several companies, including: I-labs, a professional services company, I-impact, developed analytic software and solutions to increase the effectiveness of customer retention and cross sell and acquisition programs. CytoView created tools for complex analysis of molecular imaging for research and drug discovery.
Gideon served for almost 12 years in verity of management positions at Apple Computer at their headquarters in California and in Israel.
Gideon holds BA degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, and an MBA from San Jose State University under the prestige Apple Computer Management Masters Program.

Avi Spitz. LL.B.
With a diverse background ranging from co founding start-up's and leading them to successful exits, to generating thriving series of investments in high tech start-up’s resulting in 100% successful exits, Avi brings his extensive experience and expertise of the industry to the S–Cube team.
Over the last 4 years Avi served as investment banker, offering management and consulting services as Venture Partner at DB Investment House and through MNC, Management and Consulting Ltd.
Prior to that, Avi was the Co-Founder and president of the IES Group and took part in propelling it from a “garage operation” to over a $30M, 150 employees public company traded on the Israeli stock market. The company developed specific expertise in variety of high tech technologies, Telecommunications, DSP and image processing, ASIC design and more. Under his management the company turnover grew to over $50M with over $8M profit.
Avi holds a degree in Electronics and LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.

Avital Weinreb, MBA, AVA
Avital has been actively involved in valuation for over three years, serving clients ranging from small closely held businesses to large multinational companies. She has participated in a wide variety of valuation engagements for tax planning and compliance, financial statement reporting, strategic planning and restructuring and bankruptcy.
Avital has extensive experience serving clients in many industries, including financial services, medical devices, manufacturing, real estate, retail, technology, and telecommunications. Her experience includes all aspects of valuation including business enterprises and intangible assets as well as debt instruments and derivatives.
Prior to joining S-Cube Financial Consulting, Avital was a Valuation Specialist with DB Investments, specializing in valuation services.
Avital received her B.A. in Economics and Business Administration (double major) from Bar-Ilan University and her M.B.A. majoring in Finance at Bar-Ilan University. Avital is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and holds the AVA (Accredited Valuation Analyst) designation.

Eti Touvi 
With Eti at its sales and marketing front, S-Cube enjoys her over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. Eti held various management positions at leading international firm working closely with local and foreign correspondences especially from the Far East. Her "personal touch" and vast experience in customer relations allow her to provide the perfect combination of professional services with long lasting relations.

Daniel Wishnia B.Sc.
Daniel has over 30 years of experience in developing software, Web applications and consultancy with specialization in Internet for over 18 years.
Throughout his entrepreneurial activity, Daniel served as a lecturer in the field of computers and education in the Technion and in other leading academies. Prior to establishing Ahead Business Solutions Ltd. a virtual events company, Daniel was a CTO in various technology companies such; Reut Computers and Applications Ltd., Soikis Internet Solutions Ltd. and TED Didactic Technologies. During his service in the IDF, Daniel established the first Computerized Management Division in the Medical Corp.
Daniel holds a B.Sc. degree in Technology Teaching and Science (Computers and Mathematics) from the Technion and a B.Sc. in Advanced Professional Computers from Champlain College, Burlington.

Malca Chen-Zion Ph.D
Dr. Malca Chen-Zion with Ph.D. in Biology with highest distinction from Bar-Ilan University. She has a lot of experience in regulatory, clinical and preclinical strategic planning.  In the last 12 years, Malca held various management positions serving as Clinical Affairs director at Topspin Medical, which develops cardiovascular medical device and at Neurovision Ltd, which develops software medical devices. Malca also served as Vice president, Clinical and regulatory affairs director at Optonol Ltd., which develops Ophthalmic medical devices for permanent implantation. In the last years she is a consultant of various companies in different fields such as cardiology, ophthalmology, dental, gastroenterology and others. Malca Published over 20 articles and 15 abstracts in the professional literature.
