Gideon Shalom Bendor, MBA
Gideon has over 20 years of experience in management and R&D, in particular in high-tech and bio-tech companies. Prior to co-founding S–Cube, Gideon was a partner at DB Investment House where he initiated and led the professional service group (providing variety of unique Stocks Options and Bonds valuation and analysis, for public and private companies).
His extensive career consists of co-founding and serving as a CEO of several companies, including: I-labs, a professional services company, I-impact, developed analytic software and solutions to increase the effectiveness of customer retention and cross sell and acquisition programs. CytoView created tools for complex analysis of molecular imaging for research and drug discovery.
Gideon served for almost 12 years in a variety of management positions at Apple Computer at their headquarters in California and in Israel.
Gideon holds a BA degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University in Israel, and an MBA from San Jose State University under the prestige Apple Computer Management Masters Program. Gideon is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

Avital Weinreb-Tsohar, MBA, AVA
Avital has been actively involved in valuation for over five years, serving clients ranging from small closely held businesses to large multinational companies. She has participated in a wide variety of valuation engagements for tax planning and compliance, financial statement reporting, strategic planning and restructuring and bankruptcy.
Avital has extensive experience serving clients in many industries, including financial services, medical devices, manufacturing, real estate, retail, technology, and telecommunications. Her experience includes all aspects of valuation including business enterprises and intangible assets as well as debt instruments and derivatives.
Prior to joining S-Cube Financial Consulting, Avital was a Valuation Specialist with DB Investments, specializing in valuation services.
Avital received her B.A. in Economics and Business Administration (double major) from Bar-Ilan University and her M.B.A. majoring in Finance at Bar-Ilan University. Avital is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and holds the AVA (Accredited Valuation Analyst) designation.

Chagit Shaya - Operation & Sales
Chagit has 26 years of experience in the European market, in particular in media & multimedia projects, international broadcast & TV productions. She reached top level management positions in large German organizations (e.g. executive producer) providing for international Media Groups, among them: RTL Group, SAT 1PRO 7, Pearson Television, Fremantle Group and Endemol. In 1986 Chagit Moved to Germany, founded and served as CEO of her own company "The Kitschen". In the late nineties she started new business activities in the new media, represented leading Israeli high-tech companies in the field of Media, Telecommunication & Heavy industry such as: "Emblaze Group" "Orca Interactive", "Axismobile", and "ICQ”. Her contribution to these firms enabled them to expand their international market presence and to develop successful distribution channels and customer relations around the globe. Her activities focused mainly on conducting business with international telecom corporations, SI and SP such as: Vodafone Global, T-Mobile International, Accenture & Siemens. She developed expertise in managing, sales, marketing and business development. In 2005 she moved back to Israel. Prior to joining S-Cube Chagit served as director of sales in Europe for Solide AT, Image ID and as a representative for European corporations such as "Zetes Group".

Raphael Meyara, MBA
Raphael specializes in the areas of international projects, financial services, and corporate finance.
Prior to joining S-Cube financial consulting, Raphael was supervisor at the corporate finance department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tel Aviv, managing teams of consultants and senior consultants for several projects including PPA, valuation of company's equity, goodwill impairment tests, valuation of financial instruments, business plans, fairness opinions and others.
Raphael has completed a large number of projects within the last 8 years for a wide range of clients from privatly held companies to large publicly traded companies in different industries including banking, high tech, insurance, biotech, retail, technology, telecommunication and others.
Raphael holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance and strategic management from Dauphine University in Paris, France; as well as a Post-M.B.A degree in finance from Tel Aviv University.

Roi Vrubel, MA
Roi has performed a variety of valuation engagements for tax planning and financial statement reporting. His experience includes several aspects of valuation including business enterprises as well as employee stock options and derivatives. Prior to joining S-Cube Financial Consulting, Roi was an intern in Portfolio Management with Revavot Investments House.
Roi received his B.A. in Economics and Business Administration (double major) from Bar-Ilan University and his M.A. in Economics majoring in Finance and Banking at Bar-Ilan University.
Roi passed all the exams of the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) that needed in order to get the license to engage in Portfolio Management. In addition to his economic background, Roi brings stock market and companies' analysis as well as econometrics capabilities.

Daniel Wishnia, B.Sc.
Daniel has over 30 years of experience in developing software, Web applications and consultancy with specialization in Internet for over 18 years.
Throughout his entrepreneurial activity, Daniel served as a lecturer in the field of computers and education in the Technion and in other leading academies. Prior to establishing Ahead Business Solutions Ltd. a virtual events company, Daniel was a CTO in various technology companies such; Reut Computers and Applications Ltd., Soikis Internet Solutions Ltd. and TED Didactic Technologies. During his service in the IDF, Daniel established the first Computerized Management Division in the Medical Corp.
Daniel holds a B.Sc. degree in Technology Teaching and Science (Computers and Mathematics) from the Technion and a B.Sc. in Advanced Professional Computers from Champlain College, Burlington.

Oded Gur-Arie, Ph.D.
Oded Gur-Arie holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from The University of Alabama. Professor of Business Administation and Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies at Adrian College, Michigan. Oded has more than 20 years of experience in academia and business. He was formerly on the faculty of the University of Michigan Business School in Ann Arbor. In his academic research, Oded focused on research methodologies and the application of analytical tools to business strategies. His work has been published in leading academic journals such as The Journal of Marketing Research and The Journal of Psychology. After leaving the academic environment, Oded spent several years with Bain & Co. an international consulting firm, in Europe and the United States, where he designed and helped implement business strategies for key clients. Subsequently, Oded served as CEO of a manufacturing company and as a founder of several entrepreneurial ventures. Over his career Oded has served on a number of corporate boards and is presently a director of Safe Auto Insurance Co.
